KGD products are delivered in wafer form without dicing
Netsol offers Known Good Die (KGD) products in addition to the standard packaged memory products. KGD memory is a preferred option for chipset vendors to provide System-in-Package (SiP) solutions to their customers, in order to simplify system design and to reduce device dimensions.
Netsol’ KGD memory products have the equivalent quality and performance characteristics found in the discrete products. Both types of products are tested and qualified using the same stringent production and test procedures.
